I/we, the undersigned, duly authorise hereto, hereby:

1. Consent to REHEAT AFRICA, Registration Number 2023/616806/07
(“REHEAT”), making enquiries and obtaining any and all necessary information about my/our credit record with any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party to confirm, verify, research, and validate all the details on my/our application including but not limited to:

 (a) To contact, request and obtain credit
information (for the avoidance of doubt this includes any and all information held on my/our profile by any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party including payment profile information) from any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party to confirm for any purpose including to verify my/our identity, perform an assessment of my
behavior, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness, or risk associated with doing business with me/us or another related purposes in any format (including in pdf, xml or raw data string) available from any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party to confirm and to continuously access my/our information from any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party to for as long as I/we may have a relationship with the REHEAT and for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months thereafter.

 (b) make any reasonable enquiries to verify and research any details provided by me/us to REHEAT.

 (c) to access the information in any format, including online, batch and raw xml string and I/we consent that the enquiry should not be displayed on my/our credit profile if the enquiry was not performed for credit application purposes.

 (d) to submit my/our information, including payment profile and default information and any other relevant information, to any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party to whom REHEAT is contracted for this purpose and to allow any credit reference agency or credit bureau and any other 3rd party to release the information for lawful purposes to third parties.

2. Consent to REHEAT disclosing any and all information to its affiliates, associates and/or its cessionaries.

3. Agree that the above declarations, consents and authorisations are separate and severable declarations, consents and authorisations given by me/us, and shall, to the extent that there is any conflict between other agreement/s, the terms of these consents, take precedence over the other agreement/s, and hereby indemnify REHEAT and its affiliates, associates and/or its cessionaries against any losses or damages which they or any one of them may incur in the event that the said declarations, consents and/or authorisations are found to be invalid for any reason whatsoever.
